AI agent security startup Zenity closed a $125 million Series C led by Norwest, with SoftBank Vision Fund 2, Qumra Capital, Hitachi Ventures, LG Technology Ventures, and prior backers including Vertex and Intel Capital, the company said. Zenity claims it can allow, modify, or block agent actions across Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini, Claude, Codex, Cursor, and custom stacks in Bedrock, Foundry, and Vertex AI. It employs more than 230 people between Tel Aviv and New York. Why it matters: capital is shifting toward runtime control of autonomous agents. Caveat: vendor-reported revenue growth still needs independent verification as the category crowded.
