Bengaluru CRM startup Superleap raised Rs 36 crore from Peak XV Partners' Surge to deepen AI product work, hire, and expand India and overseas sales, CEO Subham Kumar Boundia told The Economic Times. Founded in 2024 by former Unacademy executives, it sells AI-native CRM that helps large firms leave legacy systems of record. Superleap says it serves more than 50 enterprises, with typical contracts of $60,000 to $100,000, and names Razorpay and Cars24 among customers. Why it matters: Indian buyers are funding agentic revenue stacks, not another chatbot pilot. Caveat: beating Salesforce-class installs still needs proven migration safety and revenue lift.
